Elk Forest Civic Association
Purpose and Officers
The association is made up of residents working to improve the community and address shared concerns. It is not a homeowners' association, but a civic association. Membership is voluntary and open to all property owners. To vote at public meetings, a household must be paid in full. Annual dues (including mosquito abatement) are $85, and are not formally levied on homeowners but annually requested.
Board positions last 2 years. Per the by-laws, officers and directors may serve up to two consecutive two-year terms in any position, with a possible third term if no one else is willing to serve.
